 For a perfect fit:

Measure your wrist using a tape measure.

Wrap your tape measure around the wrist where you want your bracelet to sit.

Note the number where the tape measure meets the 0 or overlaps.

For a comfortable fit you will need to add ½ inch.  You can add or subtract according to how you like

to wear your bracelet (loose, exact size, or tight).

 OR

If you have a bracelet that fits perfectly, open it and

measure it with a ruler from the top of the clasp to the loop at the other end

Note the measurement and ensure that the size of the

bracelet that you choose is as close as possible to the one

that you measured.

Contratulations to

Annaleise Carr, who finished her 27 hour, 52-kilometre swim across Lake Ontario shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday. Her swim began when she entered the water at Niagara-on-the-Lake at 6:17 p.m. on Saturday.

Annaleise raised $115,000.00 for Camp Trillium, a camp for children with cancer.

Did I mention that Annaleise is 14 years old?
