Pink Saturday - March 12

It's Pink Saturday and Miss Beverly from How Sweet The Sound, our hostess with the mostess, says we can combine some green with our pink.

So, here is my bit of Irish

My great great grandfather on his wedding day 1833. He was born in Ireland around 1813 and immigrated to Canada around 1830. Don't they look like a happy couple?

For some real green, a pair of handmade sterling silver malachite earrings.

And for the pink, the bracelet you can win over at Lisa's Suburban Retreat.

Happy St. Paddy's Day!

Handmade Sterling Silver Malachite Earrings

Malachite is an opaque, banded stone, the colors in the bands range from a very light green to almost deep green. These malachite beads hang from hand formed argentium sterling silver hand formed rings.  Sterling silver leverbacks.

Malachite - 6mm
Hand formed rings-12mm fused
Total length from top to bottom-60mm (2 3/8")

Gracie Jewellery arrives in it's own storage pouch.

*Argentium Sterling Silver is sterling silver with less of the copper alloy. Copper is what makes sterling silver tarnish. Argentium is 92.5% pure silver with the balance a mix of germanium and copper. This makes Argentium silver harder, brighter and more highly tarnish resistant than traditional sterling silver.
