Happy Pink Saturday!

The day all lovers of Pink meet at Miss Beverly's How Sweet the Sound

This week I am showing off a bit. I recently started doing hand stamped jewellery and I love it. Something so satisfying about using a hammer in a forceful way :>)

Being the girlie girl I am I just had to do something with pearls and pink swarovski crystal

And I only use sterling silver

And I know every girl, big or small would love her own tiara

I've added a new page Say it in Silver and I will be adding a lot of fun pieces in the next couple days.

And just a note - last weekend I visited everyone for our Pink Saturday Birthday celebrations. Unfortunately Blogger muted me! I would click the Post a Comment line and nothing happened. So frustrating! Did anyone else experience this?

Happy Pink Saturday! The best and Pinkest day of the week, thanks to Miss Beverly at How Sweet the Sound.

Pink Saturday - November 13

Okay, the disclaimer comes first -

Warning, this Pink Saturday post is rather lame as it has been a rather stressful week and I haven't had time to think about Pink until now.


Welcome to Pink Saturday! Many thanks to Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for hosting our weekly meeting of the Pinkers.

The whole idea of starting this blog was to showcase my handcrafted sterling silver jewellery. So this week I am shamelessly showcasing some of my Gracie Jewellery in ....PINK!

Before I started Gracie Jewellery, I decided I would only make Sterling Silver jewellery with semi precious stones.

I would hand make as much of the jewellery as possible.

Silver parts handmade by Gracie, beautiful semiprecious stones handmade by God.

Then someone asked me if I could make some pieces with Swavoski crystals.

I agreed to do it. Then I found out I had to buy a minimum number of crystals.

Wanting to keep my word, I now have a small collection of high grade Swarovski crystals.

Labour Day Weekend - Pink Saturday

It's Pink Saturday Labour Day Weekend. Thanks Beverly from How Sweet the Sound for hosting our weekly gatherings.



Labour Day or Labor Day is an annual holiday to celebrate the economic and social achievements of workers. Well in my house it has been a stressful week. My husband was laid off, the second time in two years. The company has been sold, and the new owners do not want any of the employees.




I've shown these before, my handmade Prayer Beads made of Pink Swarovski Crystal and Freshwater Pearl with an Argentium Sterling Silver Cross. I fear they will be worn out by the time this is over.
