Pink Saturday July 17

Welcome to Pink Saturday. Special thanks to our hostess Beverly from How Sweet the Sound for organizing the weekly meeting of the Pink.

Rose quartz is one of the most desirable varieties of quartz. The pink to rose red color is completely unique, unlike any other pink mineral species. The color is caused by iron and titanium impurities.

Rose quartz is found in Madagascar, India, Germany, in the USA. Most of the worlds supply of good quality rose quartz comes from Brazil.

So now your mission for this Pink Saturday is to visit every one of the other Pinkers-last week 171 of us. C'mon its Saturday, what else are you gonna do? If you can't visit everyone at least make the trip to Amy's at vintage porcelain art. She actually paints all of the items she shows. I haven't seen a piece I didn't like.

Thanks for visiting.

February's Last Pink Saturday

It's Pink Saturday which means it's the Weekend! Thanks to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for hosting Pink Saturday every week.

I was hit with a migraine for most of this week and didn't have a chance to take my "Pink" pictures. So I'd like to show some Pink things on my wishlist.

I love Fenton Glass, especially the Pink items.

One or three of these would be nice!

I have just the spot for this.

This would be perfect on a windowsill with the sun shining through it.

How pretty is this?

I won't settle for less then all of these!

Well look at this-a pink necklace in a pink shell

So this week's shout-out goes to Apron Senorita. Last week she had Guys who wear Pink. Oh my there were some cuties there! Go check it out for yourself.

Thanks for stopping by. Looking forward to visiting with you next week.
