Welcome to Gracie Jewellery!

Jewellery is my passion! Even as a little girl, I knew jewellery would figure prominently in my future. My first job was in a fine jewellery store. No costume jewellery here. I was in my element, surrounded by gold, silver and diamonds.

I have spent 22 years in the jewellery business. Selling it, repairing it, always enjoying it.

And now I’m doing what I love best. I take pride in creating affordable casually elegant jewellery using high quality Argentium sterling silver wire (stronger and higher tarnish resistant than regular silver) and an ever growing assortment of semiprecious gemstones and top quality Swarovski crystals. I travel to the supplier to personally select all my beads. It is a 2½ hour drive, but I want to pick each bead. I'm fussy that way.

  1. HI Nancy,
What a great blog. I maybe the first to comment here. I remember those earrings like you spoke about from my grandmother too. I remember big old chunky necklaces too. I hope we can meet someday. I saw your jewellery at a artist show and I could have bought the whole table. I am glad you are doing your passion. Not too many people find it in life. Can't wait to see what is next for you. Take care...R

  2. Hey, thanks for being my first visitor. Yes my grandmother wore chunky necklaces too and always a bracelet. Next time you see me at a show you would be most welcome to buy the whole table :>). Keep checking, I have so many plans for this space.

  3. Well Nancy, How did your day go? Do you have complete moments of inspiration and wonder where the time has gone? Or do you get ideas in your sleep for your jewellery? It would be great to see your work room? Sorry I'm just curious...R
