Trooping the Colour - 2012

Queen Elizabeth's 86th birthday was officially celebrated Saturday with the annual Trooping the Colour parade.
A full explanation of Trooping the Colour was done last year.
The Queen wore the primrose coloured coat and dress she wore to William and Kate's wedding last year.
This was the first official outing for Prince Phillip since he came home from hospital last week.

To coincide with the celebration, The Queen has appointed Prince Charles honorary five-star rank in all three services to acknowledge his support in her role as Commander-in-Chief.

He becomes a Field Marshal, Admiral of the Fleet and Marshal of the Royal Air Force in the honorary promotion decided by the Queen.

Colour co-ordinated Duchess's.
Check out the choker the Duchess of Cornwall is wearing!

The Duchess of Cambridge looking lovely in a dress by Erdem and a hat by Jane Corbett.
I'm loving that neckline but I think it screamed for an up-do. A nice loose chignon with the hat just a little further back so it wasn't hiding her lovely eyes.
I know, everyone's a critic!
